All ticket sales are non-refundable However, if your circumstances change and you require a different date for the event, transfer of ticket is possible with at least two weeks prior notice.

 

 

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to assume all risks associated with the event You release management, participants, and affiliates of any liability for incidents that may occur before during, or after.

 

 

Before embarking on your journey, make sure you review each of your tickets thoroughly. Errors can't always be corrected once in motion so take the time to double-check before leaving!

 

 

Occasionally, things may not go as planned  If cancellation is the case, we're here to help guide you in getting your refund. However, if an event has been rearranged and rescheduled, there are certain limitations set by either the promoter or venue that must be followed for obtaining any refunds.

 

 

To ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for all our guests, the venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may conduct security searches on occasion.

 

 

We understand your desire to join us, and we will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, please note that admittance cannot be guaranteed after the event has started.

 

Unfortunately, all ticket purchases are final - no refunds or exchanges will be accepted after the sale has been made.

 

 

Ticket holders should be aware that the program for their event may change unexpectedly, due to events or circumstances beyond control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
